Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at 15% of your total retail order value. Your shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing Time

Standard Orders
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 7–10 business days.
Custom Orders
For personalized or custom items, the 7–10 business day processing time begins after your design has been approved. Production does not begin until final approval is received.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship using the carrier best suited for your order and destination, including:

UPS
FedEx

Carrier selection is made at our discretion.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination and are separate from our processing time.

Estimated Delivery Time
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected.

While we work hard to ship orders on time, occasional carrier or weather-related delays may occur that are outside our control.
